GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Linen Loft – Mobile Wash & Fold Laundry Service

Please read them carefully before using Our Service.
These General Conditions of Sale (“Agreement”) govern the sale of laundry services provided by The Linen Loft (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the customer (“you,” “your”). By scheduling a pickup, submitting laundry, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
We offer residential and commercial wash, dry, and fold laundry services with mobile pickup and delivery. Services are performed and delivered as scheduled.
2. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery are available in select areas within Simi Valley, Moorpark and Thousand Oaks at this time.
You must leave laundry in a secure and accessible location at the agreed time.
Missed pickups without 24-hour notice may incur a fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on weight or unless otherwise quoted.
Full payment is due upon delivery via Cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards.
Late payments may result in a hold on future services.
4. Laundry Care & Limitations
We wash and fold clothes using standard detergents and care practices.
We will not accept any soiled laundry.
We are not responsible for:
Items with pre-existing damage, heavy stains, or color bleeding.
Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lighters, money, etc.). We will return any items found.
Shrinking, fading, or damage from manufacturer defects or material incompatibility.
Please separate delicate or special-care items.
We do not sort by color unless specifically requested.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
While we take care with every order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there are concerns.
Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the replacement cost (not exceeding $50 per order), and we are not liable for sentimental or high-value items.
6. Customer Responsibilities
All laundry must be safe to handle (free from hazardous materials, insects, or biohazards).
You agree to inspect garments before drop-off and understand that services are provided “as is.”
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are at our discretion and typically not issued once service is rendered.
8. Privacy & Data
Your information is used only for communication and order fulfillment. We do not sell or share your personal data.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ventura County small claims or civil court.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be available upon request or posted on our website/social media.
